"PGCPS has options to move around in the same role. there isnt much room to grow nor do they compensate well. Also the benefits are the lowest in the surrounding area"
"I've worked for the M-NCPPC Help Desk since the fall of 2013. The experience has taught me how to deal with a great deal of stress in the workplace while also multitasking to achieve a common goal. There are no benefits offered for part-time employees and there is limited if any room for upward movement. Micromanagement is the only source of management which can come from any one of the 12 full-time managers placed in charge of about 9 to 10 part-time employees on a daily basis."
