"Well it was definitely a mistake to leave my job of 4 years to believe this would be a better opportunity for me. Although the pay was slightly better, I quickly learned that if you were not in with the click you had no chance of survival. Promises were made about schedules and constantly broken. I was told I was going to be promoted in one week after I had trained and that never happened. Final point - the two sons who run the company overall have no retail background and don't listen."
