"worked a lot of years for this company and there are no raises. There is no performance reviews, if you are skilled don't waste your time working for these people. you will regret it. they will tell you what you want to hear during interview but it's just a big scam to get you working there."

"I enjoy making large parts to print, and efficiently.I dont get alot of input on how work should be done. so I feel good when parts are done timely, and efficiently"

"they need expierenced help. if u talk a good game they will probably buy it"

"quality of some machines. lack of foresight. they need to get routers toooling and prograns on track nbefore you start work"
