"DO NOT WORK HERE!!! This company will work you as much as they can, then not pay you for the work you do. Over time is not only not allowed, but you will also get written up over 15 seconds (yes 15 SECONDS) OT. Management is run by the self-proclaimed HR Manager/Financial Officer, who happens to have no experience in either Lower management is abusive and unsupportive. Pay is AWFUL and the health insurance is worse. Equipment is janky and often non-functional, replacements will not be provided and you are told to "find ways" to fix it (at your own expense) even though it is normal wear and tear. Accounting will refuse to buy basic office supplies like binders, notepads, etc, internet programs needed for PDF viewing, etc. You must provide all these yourself as an employee. Not only employees are treated this way, but so are the EMT students and AHA students. Instructors are great but have the slightest problem or complaint - you will get little to no help. Training is not reimbursed and even company classes are not free to employees. If you want a non-toxic work environment with reasonable pay and supportive management you will pass working here. The turnover rate is through the roof."
