"ASK as many questions and keep the answers in writing regarding sales process, CRM, and product/service training modules."

"You should only work for Recall if you have no other option. Their upper management is in a constant state of flux and the middle management is unqualified. They do not listen to others ideas for improvement. They even made me bring back proof that I had been to funeral when I requested two days off."

"Listen to your employees and be more understanding."

"I actually loved working at Recall for 4 years. Exceptional employees were rewarded for there accomplishments, as I believe I was considered to be one of them."

"Recall was a GREAT place to work, but as with most companies in these economic times, there has been numerous outsourcing, job reduction, and layoffs. Due to this trend, Recall's upper management had a massive upheaval. New management was brought in that changed many policies and procedures that might have worked for Recall's parent company (Brambles) but has proven not to work so far for Recall."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestion for Recall's recently placed management group would be for them to listen more closly to the employees that are actually processing the day-to-day activities of the business. What are best practices for one line of business may not be the best way to do thing for another."
