"If you're reading this, you know about the plight of the adjunct instructor. Unfortunately, Rowan seems to be the same as the rest - all adjuncts, no room for job growth. The students have become harder to teach lately."
"Rowan is in a state of flux currently. That said I believe they are on the verge of something great, made all the more clear by the driven staff. The Professors are passionate, and while some are not as good as others, most are kind, compassionate, and have a real grasp of their subject matter."

"It's a great campus to work at. I graduated from there and have always liked the environment."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"They're constantly in need of adjunct teachers in the physics department. They liked me because I previously knew most of them. But I would think that if you knew the material you'll probably get the job."
What don't you like about working at Rowan University?
"Not much other than adjunct teaching doesn't pay the bills."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't undervalue the adjunct faculty opinions just because they're not full time professors."

"It is just a part time job. The higher-up management is not great and there is not much job security because of state funding."
