"I’ve worked for Ryder since 2016. I’ve gone from the largest location in Dallas, to one of the smallest. I’ve been able to grow the business thereby 15% over the last year in terms of overall revenue. My current manager is fantastic, my previous manager not so much. I like to have the trust of my managers to have my back. The only negative is the opportunity to move up in the company without relocating to another state."
