"I have been employed at Sabic for 15 years . Sabic recently cut our pay by 9000.00 dollars a year while giving the day staff , non exempts a 3.5% RAISE ! This company does not care about operations level employees. Morale at our site is terrible, I would not recommend this company to anyone!!"

"Show assertiveness, that you want the job. Don't just shove your CV in the mailbox and think you'll get hired that way. Call the HR person back. Make sure your area-of-expertise know how is up to date. Clean up for the interview, and absolutely no spelling mistakes or typos on the resume!"
What don't you like about working at SABIC?
"The bureaucracy of getting things done through different departments is really difficult to deal with. Sometimes overpriced contractors are brought in to do something that could've been done in house, just to be able to deflect responsibility in case something goes south."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make sure to retain talent that is necessary to keep the factory running. Too much knowledge is bleeding out due to HR policies."
