"The Philadelphia School District is your typical Public Sector entity. Many of its employees have been here for more that 25 years and are acclimated to the city worker style of doing things. The IT department had typified this characteristic, but of late due to attrition and layoffs, has become more business-like. I have worked mostly in the Private Sector and my experiences have served me well in setting a more efficient and goal oriented approach to the tasks at hand."
