"SOE is a great place to work if you're a die-hard gamer with no life outside gaming. If you have a spouse or children you want to spend time with, or any other outside interests, not so much. The hours range from long to crushing and the company senior staff views employees as expendable assets to be used up and discarded when they're no longer useful."
"Began work for SOE in September 2011. The company while large, still maintain a close relationship between teams. They work hard during crunch times, but also knows how to reward their employees for jobs done well. The CEO can be reached easily as well for any issues. If they offered me a rehire, I would have to seriously have to consider it. You definitely get back what you put in for this company. It was a great experience of how the gaming industry operates."
