4 Over the past few years, the compony has gotten more and more constrictive in their policies, focusing almost entirely on numbers rather than quality of service to our customers. We need to get back to the small business feel, when interpreters could greet their customers with a sincere smile rather than a forced one.

3.4 I've worked for Sorenson for about 2 years now. It's great to start at but it's not where you want to stay for a very long time. No room to advance in the company. The technical support position is not very challenging and doesn't put my college education into good use. I prefer to work and learn at the same time.

3 The pay is good, but the work environment is extremely process centric with more focus on meeting arbitrary schedules than developing real solutions to better products. Our customers love us, we have a strong market position, but I don't really get a sense of where we go from here. It's a challenging market because of mandates from the government.
