"This company is good for one thing and only one thing, gaining skills. A place where you are free to learn what you want. Other than that it is a place that demotivates its people, pay is below title median and just not a place that you make your long term career."
"I worked on this company for the last 8 years. Beginning on a network migration from NVPN using OSPF to AVPN based on BGP with a configuration of around 90 remote sites. After that, we deployed a backup network using MPLS network routing BGP, as a standby network in case of failure. After this, we merged with other companies integrating all our networks. Since 2008, I'm managing all the Load Balancers and Global Traffic Manager based on F5 devices. Up to today we handle around 18 different LTM/GTM F5 on ACTIVE/STANDBY configuration around the company. Also, implemented VPN Access using F5 APM with dual factor authentication for more than 1200 users."
"I've worked for SourceHOV since 2013 and I found it to be a good company. They have a lot of good projects and contracts and there is an opportunity to learn and grow. However, the compensation is poor and there is very little opportunity to get promoted. The deadline is usually not realistic and it pushes people to rush. The ambiance is good and the workers have a great relation. Overall, I found it a good place to work at."
"SourceHOV is a large company working with fortune 100 clients. a good company to get exposure to a wide range of applications in the ITES industry."
"I've worked with Source HOV since 1999 and moved forward in my career. I supported a dozen remote IT sites trough out north America. I worked as an administrator on the Microsoft windows infrastructure team and was not given the opportunity to advance into an advanced administrator because the current administrators had more seniority."
