1.4 Since you cut everyones hours, why don't you do the same Eliminate the fat from the top down, not the other way around. Be honest and don't lie to employees or try to trick them. Don't hire someone at a specific amount of hours then turn around and say we have to cut hours and thats not the hours you were hired for. Sovereign just had record profits!! Stop ripping off people who are struggling to make ends meet!! And before you say then go somewhere else, jobs are scarce today. People of all jobs skills need to be treated equally and fairly!!
