"I worked for Takasago for 5 years. I worked the overnight shift from 5pm to 6am monday threw thursday. I enjoyed the over night team that I worked with. When I started the job I was the first to volunteer for the overnight shift and us keeping the building open 24 hours really got the company caught up in back orders. It was a really great place to work."

"Pettiness, back-biting, inter-department squabbles, finger pointing; been cutting perks lately; no raises last three years."

"Better communication and make the managers manager their dept's. Keep the good people and compensate them accordingly and let go of the people who are not contributing."
