"Overall, Teleflora had a decent work atmosphere. Co-workers were helpful and created a generally fun environment. Direction from management can tend to be lacking and getting the proper training was difficult. Compensation and benefits were above average."

"Horrible culture. Poor management. Everyone is very into themselves. Wouldn't recommend to anyone."

"Lack of training. Since I had no experience in the flower/wire service business it was hard to learn. I have seen others fail due to this. You had to learn everything on the job, had 2 days of training and then off you go."

"Better training of the industry and the job, better plannning. Things seemed like we were always changing directions mid stream."
