"With all the responsibilities that I performed and skill sets I possess I was not properly compensated with the agency. I worked many times 7 days a week. I believe that I was undercompensated. With the new CEO, I never received an annual review, which I found strange. The agency in itself is an excellent nonprofit organization. I worked hard and many hours because I absolutely love what the agency stands for....helping families in our community. I would recommend this agency if the CEO was replaced or if the CEO did not base every decision based off of emotions."
