United Mission for Relief & Development Employee

"The CEO of the company has employed FOUR of his direct relatives in major roles in the company. TWO sons, and two other direct relatives. Nepotism, and cronyism of the highest order. But my time around the organization makes me feel that something isn't right about how much of the donations actually go to the missions they claim. Only God knows. Anyone that reports to the interim COO does not last more than a couple of months due to his insufferable nature, and his unwavering grandiosity and "know-it-allness" that he carries himself around with. I can say that the management and administration are incompetent and delusional, and any skills will be snuffed out, and all the while the CEO and coo will claim a path of improvement and progress, one that I've only seen go steeply downhill in my short (7 months) tenure with the organization. If you're specifically interested in joining the marketing team, it's a nice group, but wholly overpowered by the incompetence of management. I was on-boarded for a role in Social Media & Digital Marketing, and my competent manager was placed elsewhere. The upshot is just don't do it. Skip this job, I promise you others will come your way."
