"While the University is great for students and has incredibly faculty the working environment is not ideal. The staff and faculty are phenomenal however upper management does not allow for voices to be heard and not many growth opportunities. Middle management and all staff and faculty are amazing however, with a difficult upper management it can make it difficult and unhealthy."
"Vanguard was such a great school to work for. It was an excellent working environment with such amazing people! I would recommend this school to anyone who is looking for a school where the Faculty care for and go the extra mile to personally help every student gain an excellent education."
