"I worked for Vivint from August of 2011 till March of 2020. Serving customers by protecting their homes, and providing peace of mind was a wonderful opportunity. Vivint was a great place to work."
"I've worked for Vivint Smart Home for a total of 2 years. I was excited to learn new experiences and be opened to the opportunities that this company provided. I was specifically in the position as an Installation Technician, and I have to say myself that I loved it! As a hard worker, I committed my time into completing all job requirements and requests and going even above and beyond. During my first year, I've achieved 10 different state licenses in 4 different states. I've proved myself to be adaptable, highly proficient in management, and a quick learner with whatever new equipment has been developed. At the beginning of my second year, I was promoted into an Assistant Operations Manager, which ended up being followed by the opportunity of Operations Manager by the end of the second year. They will work you to death some times, but the work pays off. The staff that I worked with was phenomenal and I am still on good terms with them."
"Great Company if you work hard!"
"Stepping stone company, to this very day they don’t keep people with the long term vision. They are turning the field pros as sales people and it's a terrible approach."
"I have worked for Vivint for a short amount of time and have already fallen in love. This company truly values its team members and will go above and beyond for them. Vivint constantly has spiffs and programs in which you can earn extra incentives!"
"Great company, payment takes to long."
"Vivint is not a bad place to work. Though, demands from the sales executives can leave developers pretty badly mistreated. I've spent the night in the office several times, worked many 70+ hour weeks and had to fight for coding standards with director level employees."
"To date, Vivint is by far the best place I have ever worked. The only drawback is how expensive the benefits are here."
"I have worked for Vivint company for 5 months now. They invest in making more customers. They have good quality with their product."
