4.8I worked for Watts Water for almost three years. Until COVID-19, I'd planned on retiring from this company because of the management at the Groveport location and the opportunity to continue to have a positive impact on the performance of the distribution center. The compensation was excellent and the direction of the company from my point of view is on target. My boss and his boss are very reasonable and will listen to logic even if it doesn't correlate with their point of view at that time.
