Some people tend to stay and don't leave for a while, but on the other hand, there are frequent layoffs and reorganizations happening. Work/life balance depends on the department you're in."

"Deadlines and financial pressure. Nothing seems to be more important than making money here, not even an employee's happiness. We often don't feel appreciated, just overworked. Unreasonable timelines are everywhere!"

"I would offer employees more flexibility in the workplace (working from home, flexible hours, etc) and loosen deadlines. It always seems like the financial bottom line is more important than the employees."
