4.9I have been a mechanical engineer for 43 years but consider my real expertise to be in management. I believe that servant leadership is far superior to the traditional leadership style. It gets the job done faster and better, allows employees to enjoy their jobs and the company, facilitates loyalty and long careers and makes the company great. Managers serve best when they offer direction to their employees (set the mission), set the rules, equip their employees, define success and mission completion, check for progress, make mid course corrections, remove obstacles and get out of the way to let the people do their jobs. Great company!
