"I love being a 3D designer because I began drawing at the age of 5 and I've always have a passion for art. I love being able to create and alter different characters that are so vivid and unique. The only thing I hate about being a 3D designer is when the software I am using to work on my projects may shutdown unexpectedly which will cause delay in completing my project."
"Due to fact that every day there are new challenges to overcome. At times it feels like you are playing a video game. I enjoy this work due to the ever changing work, one day you are designing a simple building layout and next you could be designing an entire Fab."
"What I most enjoy about 3D Design is being able to build virtual worlds. Seeing the blank of a room in real life and being able to bring the room to life on a computer. Bringing someone's idea to life on a screen. I cannot see myself in any other form of work"

"I like having a factory on site as it allows me to constantly grow as a designer."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This company has recently decided to navigate away from the sink or swim mentality and has developed a new training program for new hires. I did not have this benefit."
What don't you like about working at Permasteelisa Group?
"There is a sever lack of interdepartmental communication that often leads to errors in production."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would recommend opening the lines of communication. File accessibility and organization need a complete overhaul."

"I do not have any tips. I believe if a person fits the job then that is what they need."

"There is nothing I don't like about this company. Right now it is not my place to offer advice."

"Excellent working environment mainly due to the people who make up the heart of the company."

"Be yourself and open to positive criticism because it can only make you a better designer."

"Maybe ceiling in growth due to the size of company."

"Right now Motion is under going a company restructuring so all the suggestions have been taken into account."

"Contract employees are not treated well! Only hires contractors, a revloving door! My project lead was not well informed about project."

"Hire more direct employees!"
