"heavy lifting, the grease and oil stains on my hands and arms that made it apear as if they are still dirty no matter how muched I washed them. countless hours hunched over a vehicle straining my back."

"aamco management needs to extend benefits to their employees. at the time I worked there, there was no benefits offered"

"if you love your craft and fell comfortable selling big money jobs, then this is a good look for you. I would reccommend at least some experience in the transmission field"

"there was no real standard of training. just a week long course and you are off on your own. the training I had was horrible. they expected us to learn scripts which were too long and monotnous and two weeks after I was released, they stoppped doing the scripts. also the company doesn't really support the franchisee"

"expand your horizons and be open to other ways of conducting your business."
