3.7 Abril is definitely the best company I've ever worked. The facilities are great (gym, bank, excellent restaurant and coffee shop inside, parking spot inside the building), it's located on an excellent neighborhood in São Paulo, Brasil.The company - unfortunately - often goes through several changes in the managing positions, but in a general way it is very devoted to making their employees feel comfortable at the working place.
