"Demanding environment; work/life balance is a joke. Senior leadership is often out of touch with the realities of the people on the ground. Too many egos."

"Connect and listen better to junior staff members; put more structure in place for career guidelines."

"Spend time getting to know the expectations of your immediate supervisor because they will be your boss for a while."

"Difficult working environment based on personality differences. Minimal opportunities to showcase skills"

"The owner and managing partner were micro-managers and were spread so thin that they wanted to be involved in everything that went on but wouldn't get back to me to in a timely manner."
