"The support that I received was great. When I needed help there was always someone there to help me out."

"If you love accounting and dealing with numbers this would be the job for you. This company is very one dimensional. You will only need one skill set in order to work there."

"The cubical made it very impersonal. The environment was not very great. Culture could of been better."

"Management should give more training to their employee, cause sometimes it take a little too long to catch up on company standards."

"Only interview here if you have actuarial exams."
What don't you like about working at Watson Wyatt Worldwide?
"The benefits and the pay basically stink. When I began working for them, I was sure that opportunities would abound but our office is a processing center. Processing centers are not known for opportunities."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Pay better and revisit the less than desirable insurance."

"Learn new areas (medical, stop-loss, reinsurance)Somewhat flexible hours & work from home"

"Though I am asked for advice & analysis it is not often followed.Morale is low due to lackluster financial performance"

"Needs to sell or exit certain lines and focus on selected markets and services it lines it retains. Needs to get senior management to act as team."
