"I have worked with Ad.IQ since March of 2019, and while I love the fast-paced pressure of business to business sales, I find myself still looking for more. I have surpassed every sales goal that has been presented to me, but my true passion is in the legal field. I feel that Ad.IQ has given me many resources that will help me in my future, but ultimately it is time to look for more in my career path."

"This company is young and certainly has a start-up feel. While the energetic culture is fun to work in, the lack of professionalism does not promote much productivity or career growth."

"I’ve worked for this branding agency for a few months, however, I felt like I’ve been working here for years. The culture of the office is beyond amazing and HR is great. However, management is only money hungry and doesn’t value the well-being of their workers. The job is difficult, they give warm leads and make your cold call. If you’re money hungry, then this will be great for you. If you want a work/life balance or to be happy with what you are doing, then this may not be for you. Also, the turnover rate is obnoxiously high. Out of the 9 people in my training class, only 4 of us made it through training. The rest of them just stopped showing up or walked out mid-shift. This is not for the faint of heart but if you’re good at selling and live for money, this will be the best opportunity."

"It’s a great job to start your career in sales, but don’t stay there to long because there is a cap in what you can learn."
