2.1I've been working as an Engineer for AW in Italy for a year, during which I listened to the opinions of many elder colleagues and I received negative feedback about the company by the vast majority. The growth possibility is reduced to a minimum, supervisors give super-high level directives without caring for employees problems/ feedback and most importantly they do not give out the tools and resources to do the job, one example for all: no internet connection at all for a software developer.
2.2I'd try to refresh the company culture by rewarding results and cutting off dead branches. I'd make sure good resources are in a confortable environment and motivated to work.
2I've worked for this company for two years. Agusta has a great product line but much is lacking beyond their products. Management, systems, and thinking is antiquated. Very political environment and the good old boy network is alive and well.
