What don't you like about working at United States Air Force?

"The culture was a huge problem for me. You advance only by putting in time, not too much on how well you do the job. Salaries at the time I was there were below average as well."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Put in a strong merit based pay and promotion system. Weed out the dead wood."

"I was a contract employee, so I did not actually work for Rayethon."

What do you like about working at Raytheon?

"It's really a great place to work. Immediate management was really great. I probably would still be there if they would not have run out of work for us contractors to do!"

"Good place to work!"

What don't you like about working at Raytheon?

"The town of Waco (at the time). Waco has grown since then."

What do you like about working at Gore Design Completions?

"The only reason that I worked there was that I was a contractor and the pay was good. Little did I know that it was a terrible place to work. A sweatshop environment."

"Stay away from this place!"

What don't you like about working at Gore Design Completions?

"Besides the fact that a massive amount of radioactive material is buried beneath the building I was working in, our supervisor hates contractors, need I say more!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get all new management!"
