"I was alway busy, I liked the actual work I did. I enjoyed helping customers"

What don't you like about working at Bay Alarm?

"They changed all supervisors the last year the atmosphere changed. It because analytical and corprative. There was less contact with customers allowed. It was just diffrent."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Allow time for operators to talk to customers to find the actual issues at hand instead of only 60 seconds a call."
