"Upper management is amateur and lacks all relational cues and many soft skills, will drive you into the ground and dispose of you if you cost too much. Will fire you at the drop of a hat without cause. He plays favorites and harbors resentment if you hint of embarrassing his favorite amateur lower management. Upper management will make examples of your mistakes for all to see with impunity and is out of touch with field engineers' stressors. Dispatch is disorganized and some are great, but some are even emotional and will double and triple dispatching you without regard to your workload. You can't get machine history- and you're left with no recourse when trying to troubleshoot The organization is dysfunctional - lacking in ethos, or any brand identity-pathos whatsoever. Communication is likewise dysfunctional across the organization. It's so dysfunctional, I can't begin to reference it here... Training is a joke- once you get out of training for 2 weeks- your tossed out on your own- NO JOB SHADOWING. Training is completely inadequate so you have to fake it until you make it or get fired or quit. Territories are horrendous - you can work 3-5 states instead of a 4-hour radius you get at least 8, and still expected to comply with half the time. Your direct manager will most likely be completely hands-off- no follow-up and most of them do not have your back. Watch out! This is a third-party service organization- many customers are reluctant to accept Alpha Source to come in because the partnership was handled so poorly with Hologic, Alpha Source has no brand identity or track record- and because they are a service e centered organization, they have no brand literacy, they don't have the capacity or competence to know how to bridge the trust gap for Hologic Customers. Many Hologic employees secretly resent Alpha Source and work to disguise it, nevertheless, the partnership is toxic and Alpha source does not have the capacity to identify or fix it."
"Be extremely careful with this employer. New senior management does not value employees they inherited. Leadership does not exist from above and senior management is referred to as "slimy" by business partners and customers lately."
"Horrible leadership at this company - they treat the employees very poorly."
"Company with a lot of great employees, but horrible senior management and ownership. They give a lot of 'lip service' but little action and VERY little consideration for human capital."
