Amc Management Employee

"Unfortunately, this company does not support their employees but rather set them up for failure. If there is an issue or program you may be having trouble understanding and ask for assistance so you can gain a more thorough understanding and perform your duties at a more knowledgeable and professional level they respond by either ignoring your request or you are told to figure it out on your own. This attitude seems to follow the chain of command from the immediate supervisor at the property up to the corporate level. I find this practice to be highly unprofessional and defeats the employees desire to be the best they can be."
