Apex Cos. Employee

"As of now the forklift industry has been stagnated when it comes to compensation, yet companies want to increase the amount of responsibility on the technicians. Field Technicians would drive, fix, quote, talk face to face with a customer, order parts, do van inventory, and much more. The amount of responsibilities isn't an issue, just an hourly wage no matter the number of sales or extras you sell or services you recommend."
