"Very short sighted management, with poor leadership and apparent lack of understanding regarding the internal processes that need improving."

"Managing the people under them and driving towards a specific goal is a difficult task. They should be afforded suitable training to ensure that their teams are progressing towards that goal."

"Ask for comp. upfront, don't expect any bonus or commss. to be paid, unless you have $$$ for a team of lawyers against Emerson's St. Louis, MO Legal Team."
What don't you like about working at Emerson Electric Company?
"They let me go before paying a large commission check, right when my wife was expecting our 1st child, leaving me no health insurance to boot!"
