Arctic Slope Regional Employee

"A large company with a wide variety of systems. Integration of those systems is lacking, and management is a joke. Being a large company that is spread out across the nation leaves the IT team with no communication and no management decisions. While the localized manager for IT is alright, he goes back and forth on decisions and causes more political strife. The tools are there to do the job, it's a matter of interfacing with others to getting something completed."
