4 I worked for Austin Energy as a contractor for approximately a year. Since this is the local utility provider, I had the first-time experience of working for the government. While it was new to me, I learned a lot about the way the government and the local utilities interact. I also had the opportunity to work with the most amazing people, including representatives of Austin Energy to the City of Austin, and even met the Mayor, and City Manager!

3.1 Change the culture! Regain the trust of the employees, by showing the employees that the practice of favoritism will not be tolerated. In my opinion, this will never happen! Because it is management that created this monster!
