"I have worked at AutoCrib for the last year. They are a mid-sized company that provides a decent place to work. However, the pay is usually on the lower end and management is extremely indecisive. Great place to gain some experience and learn about a facinating industry but not a place I would consider provides a "career" position."

"The company is interested in numbers and not people. They should train better if they want people to learn and be on the phones all day."

What do you like about working at AutoCrib?

"Great people. Work that matters...we work on some very cool projects for some very cool customers. They are always willing to invest in technology and tools to let us do the job right. Growth! We are adding people like crazy. Money is good. People are being promoted every month."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"There are many very sharp folks at AutoCrib. Bring your A Game or you won't get past the first interview. This is a team of winners."

What don't you like about working at AutoCrib?

"Our customers count on us to meet their tight deadlines and we do. That means some pressure sometimes when you don't feeling like pushing, but the team all pitches in and we get it done. I would love to earn a lot more money but only if I could keep my job here. I have worked elsewhere and wouldn't trade my job here for more money elsewhere. I've got a good thing going in a growing company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It would be great if I could just invent what I want and code video games...but as real jobs go, this is the best place I have ever worked. I plan to retire from here."

"Most of the team was great when I was there. For the most part, it was very collaborative."

"The owner is very sharp and making a good impression with him is very important."

What don't you like about working at AutoCrib?

"There was no room for growth and mid-level management had issues."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Create career paths for the employees and allow different personalities to excel through use of their individuality and talent. Reward where due."
