"KC Healthcare is the worst career experience of my life. There is no strategy and poor leadership. Also, very, very cliquey. They pay adequately for the position, but don't have bonuses below Director level. It isn't worth the money to work in that environment - absolutely toxic."

"At the Division level there is poor leadership without vision or strategic plan to build capability. The change would need to happen at the Corporate level by a more senior executive. Currently, there is poor communication and direction, very little opportunity for profitable growth, diminishing ROI and a lack of alignment among the executive team."
