"I've worked for Baltimore Aircoil Company for 3 years, the company has gone through many changes in the this time. While the reasons for change are numerous and sometimes severe, BAC is on track to change for the better as far as its business practices and the way it treats its employees."

"I don't have any suggestions. I went in for what I thought to be the first of three interviews and before the interview was done, my new boss surprised me and asked me when I wanted to start."
What don't you like about working at Baltimore Aircoil?
"The commute. My boss and co-workers were very cool. The work was fairly boring although I was constantly busy, it didn't challenge my engineering mind enough."
