"I love the people who work with me at the bank, I like being able to help someone either with career growth or just tweaking a sales tactic. Responsibility keeps me going. I don't like how the bank has crazy shifts such as 3rd or 2nd shift hours. I feel they should invest in keeping people's hours more stable."
