"The boss was a drunk., his brother kept in the position."

"Get rid of the drunks, all the drunks that drink on the job."

"The job is never boring and I have a lot of respect from peers."

"Hard working talent is wasted and I am much happier since leaving that position last year and working for a company who values my work ethic and rewards everyone based on input and not politics."
What don't you like about working at ARAMARK?
"Front line managers receive no bonuses and do the lions share of the work. The focus seems to be on cutting management positions and expecting more from fewer for less compensation. Morale is terrible and manager turnover rate is extremely high. I have witnessed one manager move up with company in another location, none fired, 6 resigned in 2 years. All upper level managers come from outside companies. I have witnessed zero advancement internally."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Focus on promoting from within and by rewarding and praising those who perform well, not only upper management but especially mid level."

"It gave me the opportunity to be a part of the opening team and allowed me to create and implement standards, menus, training etc."

"Overall is a good company to work for, they have some great senior managers and they have accomplished great success under the leadership of the current general manager."

"Stronger leadership from my immediate supervisor with a better direction as of were to take the department."
