"I worked for Be Top Local for two years. A small company always comes with its challenges. I had many many jobs I was responsible for and very seldom did I receive compensation for new responsibilities. My coworkers and the environment were incredible. To this day I am very close friends with some of them. My main complaint I would say would be the Management. My boss had no idea what I was actually in charge of/working on and that caused many problems internally. All in all, the job was a great place to start out, I loved it there, but management doesn't know what they are doing and there is zero job security."
