"The employees are nice but the director doesn't have much of a connection with the client's because she does not interface with them."

"Don't expect to grow professionally. This job is not good for those planning for the long term. No benefits, no paid training, no room for promotion, no mileage reimbursement, no raises...get used to hearing the work No."
What don't you like about working at Looking Glass?
"I do not like the fact that the CEO does not pay the workers for in-service training and she does not pay the workers when the clients are late or absent. She also does not give raises."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would make the workers employees with benefits instead of making them work as independent contractors. I would compensate them for the mandatory in-service training and I would pay for mileage."

What do you like about working at Autism Speaks?
"I loved seeing the progress of children who other specialist and programs considered a lost cause. When a two year old comes in who has never made purposeful eye contact, much less spoken, transforms into a happy interactive toddler who will not stop talking it is amazing."

"There were no benefits, and the pay was low."
