"You must be a student worker to be employed by this department."

"My position is only part time and I will lose my employment after graduation. I also feel as though I am not adequately compensated for my skills and work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Unfortunately because this is a job at a state university my direct supervisors have no control over things I would like changed such as resources available and compensation."
