"Blue Diesel is now GSW Worldwide, but when I worked there in 2012, they didn't really have any real process. How can a company not have project managers The account managers acted as project managers. That became a problem as bids for projects were won, but the actual workload that needed to be done, weren't meeting deadlines. The work environment is very laid back, but it can get really busy or very slow. It's never a real balance. Also, lots of turnovers."
"Great company, no work/life balance."
"Blue Diese was not a good fit for me, or them, but I worked hard and invested myself anyway."
