"I started working at BlueGrace Logistics in September 2016 as an Business Development Representative, making 80+ outbound phone calls a day and emailing prospects too. The Sales team was growing rapidly and it was a fun atmosphere to be in. Over the past year, the atmosphere has shifted from fun and energetic to the opposite due to a lack of support and poor communication. Growth of the office has remained a question mark and is the main reason I have started looking elsewhere."
