4.8 I was hired by the company as a contracted Junior Front-End Engineer right after I graduated a coding bootcamp. I think one thing that attracted them to me was my previous work with the community and my willingness to help people. The hiring process took a couple of weeks and it included a lot of phone and video chat interviews. Once they decided I was going to be hired, the hiring process was very smooth. With my experience being known, they provided me with the support and help I needed to be successful. I was assigned a manager and mentor. Through my contract I truly felt a part of their team and was very welcomed by everyone.

4.3 Very, very good work environment for employees. When I worked there in 2013, they were new to second-tier search, so I expect in the future, they will work out more of the kinks that will allow them to run more revenue from accounts won. Good leadership as well.
