What do you like about working at Ethiopian Telecommunications?

"It was gratifying to serve the Ethiopian community in DC. While I was a board member, there were about 150,000 Ethiopians in the greater Washington area. We worked very hard to get the community integrated with the mainstream America."

What don't you like about working at Ethiopian Telecommunications?

"It was difficult for some of the members to agree to implement changes."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should be open to innovative ideas."
