"The Navy was a great place to learn a trade but they are bad at helping their people. I loved the Navy but it did have its drawbacks. Then I went to work at Vanderbilt University at the Power Plant and that was a great place to work for. I would still be there if 9/11 had not occurred. I went back to the Navy and served six more years."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"In the Navy, keep your head down and do your job to the best of your ability. Study and understand every aspect of your job."
What don't you like about working at United States Navy?
"The Navy had too many people who wanted to exert power over people with less rank."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It is easier to catch flies with honey than with salt."
What do you like about working at Armstrong International?
"I enjoyed working with the people at Armstrong Services Inc."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I personally would not recommend working for Armstrong to others that I know."
What don't you like about working at Armstrong International?
"No chance for growth. It was a hot, dirty environment."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Allow people more opporuntiny for growth and freedom to work."

"I worked for CCSU fof over 25 years and took an early retirmemt in 2002 and I would like to return to the bioleroom or maintenance 2nd or 3rd shift"
